  • Cream cheese- eight ounces
  • Nonfat sour cream- one sixteen-ounce container
  • Taco seasoning mix- one package
  • Iceberg lettuce- one-fourth of a head
  • Cheddar cheese- one cup (shredded)
  • Tomatoes- three medium-sized (chopped)
  • Green bell pepper- one (chopped)
  • Black olives- one can (drained

The first step is combining cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix these three ingredients together.

The second step is spreading these combination into a nine inch dish.

  • Sushi rice- one-half cup (make sure it is already cooked and seasoned)
  • Nori- one sheet


  • Salmon, tuna, salmon roe, or spicy tuna- one half cup
  • Shiso leaves- one half cup
  • Kaiware radish sprouts- one half cup
  • Pickled daikon radish- one half cup
  • Avocado- one half cup
  • Carrot- one half cup
  • Toasted white sesame seeds- one half cup

The first step in making this delicious sushi is slicing the raw fish into long sticks. However, this is only if the raw fish comes in a block.

The second step is cutting the nori in half.

The third step is drying your hands. If your hands are wet during this process, the nori will become wet and mushy. Place a thin layer of rice on the left third of the nori.

The fourth step in this process is placing any of the desired fillings throughout the middle of the rice, vertically.

The fifth step is folding the nori in the bottom left corner and continuing to fold it until the nori is in a cone shape.

The sixth step is placing a single piece of rice in the bottom right corner in order to keep this cone shape. Close this corner tightly, and then continue folding the other half of the nori.

Place this combination into the blender and blend it until it is all mixed together. Place this dressing into the refrigerator and allow it to chill.

The second step is washing the lettuce thoroughly and then drying it thoroughly.

The third step is draining and rinsing the black beans, cutting the cherry tomatoes in half, dicing the remaining cilantro, dicing the red onion, and chopping the avocado.

The fourth step is shredding the rotisserie chicken. After shredding, pour half of a cup of barbeque sauce, and add extra sauce if needed.

The second step is wrapping up the tortillas and using securing the wrap by use of a toothpick. After this, the chicken pesto wraps are ready!

Italian chicken wrap

Italian chicken wraps are delicious and easy to make. That makes them great to serve on occasions with large groups of people. With this simple recipe, make as many wraps as there are people attending!

The ingredients:

  • Flour tortilla- one large
  • DeLallo roasted pepper bruschetta- two tablespoons
  • Pre-cooked chicken breast- three ounces
  • Argula- one handful
  • Provolone cheese- two slices
  • Tomato- three slices

This is because you can make this dish ahead of time and store it in your refrigerator and serve it to your guests whenever they are ready to eat.

The ingredients:

  • Soba- eight ounces
  • Rice wine vinegar- one fourth of a cup
  • Soy sauce- two tablespoons
  • Sesame oil- one tablespoon
  • Sugar- one tablespoon
  • Garlic clove- one
  • Ginger- one teaspoon (grated)
  • Green onions- two (thinly sliced)
  • Cilantro leaves- two tablespoons (chopped)
  • Sesame seeds- one teaspoon
  • Hard boiled eggs- two

The first step to making sesame soba noodles is setting a pot of water to boil. After the water has come to a rapid boil, place the pasta in the water for the recommended time on the package. After the noodles are finished, rinse under cold water and drain the water.

The second step is combining the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk these ingredients together

The third step is combining the noodles, the previous mixture, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

The fourth step is to garnish the dish with eggs. After this is finished, the sesame soba noodles are ready.

Peanut butter bars

This recipe is for all peanut butter lovers. These peanut butter bars can be made for a party, a holiday, or any large group you could think of!

These creamy bars have only two layers and two main ingredients: peanut butter and chocolate.

The ingredients:

  • Brown sugar- one and a half cups
  • Butter- ten tablespoons
  • Chocolate chips- one cup
  • Peanut butter- one and a half cups
  • Powdered sugar- one and three fourth cups

The first step in making this delicious dessert is softening the butter. This butter should be at room temperature and divided into squares.

The second step is to prepare a nine inch pan and spray it with non stick cooking spray to minimize any mess.

The third step is to combine the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and half of the butter. Beat this together until it is smooth. After this, combine the peanut butter and mix it until it has a creamy consistency. Add this mixture into the pan and press down. This will be the base layer for the rest of the dessert.

The fourth step is to melt the chocolate chips. To do this, combine the chocolate chips and the second half of the butter into a bowl. Microwave the chocolate chips and butter together in thirty-second increments. After every thirty seconds, stir the chocolate mixture together. Repeat this process until the chocolate chips are fully melted. After it is melted, pour the mixture over the base layer.

The fifth step is to chill the peanut butter bars for at least three hours. Place the bars into the refrigerator and allow them to get firm. After they have chilled, they are ready to be enjoyed!

Peanut butter lasagna

This dessert is also for peanut butter lovers. It is extremely popular among groups in the summertime or for a birthday cake substitute.

The ingredients:

  • Butter- one third cup
  • Cream cheese- eight ounces
  • Peanut butter- one cup
  • Oreos- thirty-six cookies
  • Powdered sugar- one cup
  • Milk- three cups
  • Whipped topping- one and a half cups
  • Instant chocolate pudding- two boxes
  • Mini peanut butter cups- one bag
  • Peanut butter chips- one bag

The first step in this dessert is crushing the Oreo cookies. This can be done either by hand or by a food processor. Melt the butter and stir it into the crushed cookie pieces. Press this into a glass dish and place it into the freezer. This will be the Oreo cookie crust.

The second step is softening the cream cheese. After the cream cheese has been softened, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, and one fourth cup of milk together. Beat this on the medium setting of the mixer. Add in the powdered sugar slowly and fold this into the peanut butter mixture. This will be the peanut butter layer. Take the Oreo cookie crust out of the freezer and add the peanut butter mixture on top of the crust.

The third step is mixing together the chocolate pudding and the remaining milk. This will be known as the chocolate layer. Take this chocolate layer and spread it onto the peanut butter layer. Place this in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least five minutes.

The fourth step is adding the toppings. Sprinkle the mini peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips onto the top of the dessert. If you need some more peanut butter, you can even add peanut butter sauce! After all of the toppings have been added, refrigerate the dessert for at least three hours. Then this dessert is ready to be enjoyed!

Berry Cheesecake

This is a perfect dessert for any holiday during the summer. It can be enjoyed by a large group of friends on any occasion. In addition, it takes very little time to make!

The ingredients:

  • Graham crackers- one and a half cups (crushed)
  • Brown sugar- one third cup
  • Ground cinnamon- one half teaspoon
  • Butter- one half cup (melted)
  • Cream cheese- sixteen ounces (softened)
  • Sugar- one third cup and two tablespoons
  • Lemon juice- two teaspoons
  • Heavy whipping cream- two cups
  • Strawberries- two cups (sliced)
  • Blueberries- one cup
  • Raspberries- one cup

The first step to this summer dessert is to mix together the crushed graham crackers, the brown sugar, and the cinnamon. After mixed, stir in the butter. Place this crust into a pan and allow it to refrigerate for half an hour.

The second step is beating the cream cheese, lemon juice, and one third cup sugar together. Add the heavy whipping cream slowly. Place this onto the crust and then refrigerate this overnight.

The third step is to use the remaining sugar to coat the berries in a bowl. Wait for about half an hour to allow the juices to leave the berries.

The fourth step is to take the cheesecake out of the refrigerator and place the berries on top. After the berries have been placed, this dessert is ready to be served!

Frozen lemonade pie

  • Graham crackers- one and a half cups (crushed)
  • Sugar- one third cup
  • Butter- six tablespoons (melted)
  • Ground cinnamon- one half teaspoon
  • Sweetened condensed milk- one can
  • Whipped topping- one container
  • Lemonade concentrate- one cup
  • Lemon slices (optional)

The first step is preparing the graham cracker crust. To do this, first mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Place this into a pan. Allow this to chill for about one hour.

The second step is folding together the sweetened condensed milk and the whipped topping.

The third step is adding the lemonade concentrate and folding that into the condensed milk and whipped topping mixture. Pour this combination into the pie crust.

The fourth step is placing this pie into the refrigerator and allowing it to chill overnight. After this, you can add the optional lemon slices and this lemonade pie is ready to eat!
