passionate about the last two years or so. I have completely changed my

nutrition and what I eat throughout those last two years as far as my

healthy tips for you. So normally every week I go to the grocery store on a

Saturday or Sunday and get all the food I need for an entire week. I just like

doing that because I can prep all the meals for two people for breakfast and

lunches at least and it seems like we use it all I don't like to waste. So what

I'm gonna be talking about today is my shopping list that I normally do to be

prepared before I go to the grocery store. So I use an app on my phone called

Wanderlist there's a lot of these free apps that you can get that you can put

your grocery list on there and I literally go through all my recipes that

I want to make for that week. Say I want to make a couple recipes I put down

every single ingredient that I need into this and when I go through the grocery

store you can either check it off and it will go away or you can star it like

you've already gotten it. I like to star it that way I have my list still there

but the star means that I've gotten the groceries. So that's how I keep pretty

organized. So now I'm gonna be talking about what I normally get. So I don't

like to spend a lot of money I don't know about you but I like to try and

keep my budget pretty tight for the week. So I end up spending about anywhere

between a hundred and hundred and fifty dollars a week for two people. That's for

lunches and breakfast basically. So I like to do fresh veggies I like to go to

Albertsons or Fred Meyer shout out to them for my veggies because I feel like

they're very high quality. In the summertime I like to get seasonal produce but I'm always getting you know basically bananas. Bananas are cheap. I

always get peppers. Avocados are a big staple in my house. Sweet potatoes they

are a huge staple and they're super cheap. Always apples always onions and

always a lettuce of some type and then cilantro for like Mexican dishes. Almond

milk I always get almond milk I don't drink regular milk I just have it for a

long time. Eggs eggs are really good for you protein and they're pretty

inexpensive and I go through a lot of oatmeal people a lot of it. Also I

usually order these on Amazon this is a vegan protein that I get I really love

it blends with a lot of things it's vanilla and then this is my PBfit

peanut powder and if you don't know what peanut powder is let me tell you I just

love it. It may not be for everybody basically what it is is they've taken

all the oils out of the peanuts and becomes a powder and you mix it with

stuff. Another thing that I like to get is some frozen or fresh fruit for my

smoothies and then I get all sorts of canned goods like our bonzo beans, black

eat a little bit of dairy I'm mainly a vegetarian but I do eat a little bit of

dairy I have some eggs so I do like to get cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. So I
