Going one yoyo diet to another resulted in short-term success all to gain it back again and feel even more defeated. It wasn't until I got a healthy mindset about food and exercise that I had real success.

My life is completely different and in a good way. So about two years ago I tried out my first Orange Theory class and there's other videos

but this is basically how just my whole fitness journey changed my life

So I tried that out and it's like a hit style workout

and I became an avid orange theory goer. Like I am a cult member when it comes to Orange Theory

I have a cult member when it comes to Orange Theory. I have all the gear, I do all their challenges

Like I enjoy it, I literally enjoy it. It's become something that I look forward to every single day

When I walk in those doors the sales assistants know my name and so do the coaches and we know each other more personally Like I know you know about their kids and they know my job and my boyfriend and all that

So it's really been a huge part of my life, and I, you know, did my whole nutrition overhaul with it

Like, I completely changed my eating, and I do a lot of meal prepping videos and rest of

physically but it also changed me mentally I'm in such a better place than I was

before because not only do you because of the way you are physically and you don't

like the way you are and where you're at that makes you really down but just like

you know working out gives you so much more confidence it gives you confidence

that you can, you have the ability to get stronger. You have the ability to get faster

You have the ability to get more endurance. All those things, you have the capability to do

And so when you do make gains and get better at those types of things it is so such a good feeling When you think you just not doing enough but you really are Like all along you making progress and making steps

to getting stronger, faster, and all those things. So just that journey alone is just so, so

satisfying. And what helped me along the way as well is just, I am just learning all along. I'm an

amateur but people telling me that I am an inspiration to them was like wow I'm an inspiration

like I'm just learning like I'm I'm just on my journey but to other people you can be such an

inspiration if you are you know trying to make a positive change in your life other people can

see that and and they feed off of it so that is such a good feeling mentally is just helped me

so much I deal with a lot of anxiety anxiety and stress and orange theory and fitness and just nutrition is like my total stress

reliever therapy session. I think we call it orange therapy instead of orange theory basically

because for that one hour you don think about anything else but working out and like what you need to do to like make it through this workout and your body like it like painful i mean in a good way when you working out you know it hurts but like you do

that to get um something out of it so all you could focus on is just the workout the music the trainer

Your job, all the extra stress that you have on going on, maybe you know you've lost somebody or you're an abusive relationship or something like that

That is that one place that's your constant and that's what it was for me

Through all these different times I've had all these different transitions It's been a constant thing that's been there for me. It's never changed. It's always been there

I've always gone at the same time. It's a routine and routine is such an important thing for

people especially who deal with anxiety and stress but anybody to just have that stability
